more growing up lessons

learning to take my frustrations and difficulties to God. venting on friends is often my path of least resistance in dealing with issues, but I need to take it to God - just God.

what a friend we have in Jesus

all our sins and griefs to bear

what a privilege to carry

everything to God in prayer

have we trials and temptations

is there trouble anywhere

we should never be discouraged

take it to the Lord in prayer

do they friends despise and hate thee

take it to the Lord in prayer

in His arms He'll take and hold thee

thou wilt find a solace there



held in His arms of grace =)
