first loaf
my first attempt at a loaf of bread...
well, yeah, it was a little hard, and a little dense, and not as springy and airy as I'd hoped... =b But it was my pride and joy for all of 15 minutes as I cut it and left it to cool on the rack in all its golden glory =)
maybe next time it will be 'bread-ier' =D
